RDB Civil is the rebirth of another company ,Advanced Civil Solutions that was put into liquidation in April 2019 owing approx $1.5M to staff and suppliers.

Advanced Civil was owned by Daniel Blanch & the Office manager was is wife Rebekah Blanch.

Putting Advanced Civil into liquidation and then starting another company carrying on the same business, and not paying the old debts is called ‘Illegal Phoenix Activity’ and you can read about what the ATO does about this HERE:

Just before Advanced Civil was put into liquidation , Daniel sold his million-dollar home and disposed of the net proceeds (being over $830,000) by repaying ‘supposed’ loans to :

His wife Rebekah Blanch ($330,000) &

Mother Donna Blanch ($500,000)

This is so that he wouldn’t have to repay any debts that he had guaranteed ,…leaving staff and suppliers high and dry – while still pocketing the payments from his customers.

At the same time as selling the house and putting Advanced into liquidation , Rebekah Blanch created RDB Civil (here’s the ASIC Report showing her ownership HERE).

RDB Civil was created 3 days BEFORE Advanced Civil was put into Liquidation – showing their real intent was to carry on ‘business as usual’.

Presumably  the ‘RDB.’ stands for ‘R’ebekah & ‘D’aniel and ‘B’lanch.

 

In October 2019 – Daniel put himself into voluntary bankruptcy , and therefore no longer has any personal liability for debts he guaranteed in his old business.

NOTE that the home address of Daniel in the Bankruptcy Report is the same address as the registered office of the new company RDB Civil….Yet Daniel is listed as ‘Unemployed’.

Clearly RDB is the Blanch’s NEW construction company intended to carry on in Advanced Civil’s place , without the old debts .

Officially Daniel is ‘Unemployed’ – though he drives around in a brand new dual-cab VW Amarok Ute worth about $75,000.

This ute is owned by his mother Donna Blanch who received $500K from Daniel’s house sale.

 

All the heavy machinery that Advanced Civil used was luckily owned by his family Trust (The Blanch Family Trust). This is so they cant be repossessed by the liquidator , and is still out on hire at an hourly rate.

 

You can still see Daniel’s personal mobile number printed on the side of every machine so that he can still negotiate rentals and construction jobs.

I always wondered why he kept that number……with all the calls from upset unpaid people coming in. Makes perfect sense now though.

There are a number of excavators and trucks of various sizes , and even a grader.

The combined earnings from this heavy equipment out on hire is 10’s of thousands per week

All the income from those machines is now hidden away in the trust that’s managed by Daniel’s wife Rebekah while his staff and suppliers go unpaid.

Who’s running the new Company ?

Being as Rebekah doesn’t actually have anything to do with the Civil Construction industry , and Daniel is still claiming to be ‘unemployed’ , RDB Civil has a front-man doing sales and running meetings from Daniel’s Tellebudgera home office :Graeme Partland.

The actions above involving the trusts , machinery and starting various other companies etc are all nice and LEGAL.

I can only hope that the ATO and government catch up with this type of activity and make it a criminal act where it belongs.
